Welcoming to the Academy this week is the beginning of our new Ballet Fit Class.
Ballet-fit will help you develop your own dancer's body: lean, flexible and strong. An exciting new workout for beginnners wanting to add another dimension to their fitness regime and professionals wanting to enhance their technique and or get back to the basics. This ballet-oriented cardio class is driven by a dynamic dance music beat. Weather you are a total beginner or rehabilitating an injury this class is assured to work, tone and stretch all the right muscles. From basic sit-ups and push-ups to elegant chassés and arabesques, you’resure to develop a lean strong dancer's body as you experience the joy and excitement of classical ballet. All the benifits of ballet with a modern edge. Ballet-fit gracefully integrates Ballet, Pilates and Yoga with traditional cardio and toning exercises.
