What's been happening:
Our talented Elite Student Samara has been welcomed into our professional Aerial world. Samara has been performing everywhere with trips to Hong Kong, Hamilton Island and she is off to Singapore in a week for another big event. Go Samara - We are so proud of you.
Our Elite students have also been perfomring aerial for the Surfers Paradise Festival at Circle On Cavill. They are an amazingly talented group of young girls. Go Elite. They will also be perfoming this Saturday at the Mudgeeraba Fete.
We look forward seeing you all in Term 3. Happy Holidays.
Term one is coming to an end. We will be closed from good friday till Monday 12th April. Classes will resume on this Monday. Get in quick to save disapointment as the classes fill quickly.

Welcome to 2010. We trust everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a HAppy new Year. Classes start back this week and we are really excited to get things underway. We have a new elite group starting this year and we can't wait to see their skills develope and improve. They are a very special group of young promising aerialist.

Can you believe we are half way through term 3. Haven't tried a class yet? Well there's no time like the present. Come on down and try a class. Classes for 2 year olds right through to adults. Fitness, dance, aerial and circus. Classes start from $8.80. Don't forget if you are a regular Jasmines adult hip hop class is now at 6pm on Monday nights.

Welcoming to the Academy this week is the beginning of our new Ballet Fit Class.
Ballet-fit will help you develop your own dancer's body: lean, flexible and strong. An exciting new workout for beginnners wanting to add another dimension to their fitness regime and professionals wanting to enhance their technique and or get back to the basics. This ballet-oriented cardio class is driven by a dynamic dance music beat. Weather you are a total beginner or rehabilitating an injury this class is assured to work, tone and stretch all the right muscles. From basic sit-ups and push-ups to elegant chassés and arabesques, you’resure to develop a lean strong dancer's body as you experience the joy and excitement of classical ballet. All the benifits of ballet with a modern edge. Ballet-fit gracefully integrates Ballet, Pilates and Yoga with traditional cardio and toning exercises.
