Terms & Conditions
Enrolments
A completed Enrolment form will hold a place in the classes outlined above
Students are enrolled on a first come, first serve basis. Confirmation of enrolment will be sent via email or mail.
When a dance class fills, a wait list is started. Potential students will be notified of their wait list status.
Enrolment forms for students under 18 years of age must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Fees
Fees
are payable strictly in advance or before the 1st day of every new
term. If for any reason this is not possible the Principal must be
notified and alternative arrangements made. Classes can be paid for on
a class by class basis but discounts are available if paying by term.
When
we enrol new students or re-enrol existing students we trust that
parents will honour their commitment to Aerial Angels Academy and pay
all costs incurred. This is a small business and we rely on continued
cash flow, therefore we ask that all parents abide by the terms and
conditions as specified.
All
outstanding fees, for both costumes and classes, must be paid prior to
the productions or students will not be permitted to perform.
Payments can be made by Internet banking, cheque, cash, Visa or MasterCard. Account details available upon request.
First Aid
In
conjunction with new government health policies, Aerial Angels Academy
are not legally able to administer first aid without parental/guardian
consent.
All teachers, trainers and staff have current first aid certificates & blue cards.
Photography
Permission is given to photograph, film or video students to be used
for studio publicity, website, academy newsletters, advertising
material or memorabilia. On a case by case basis, parents will be
notified if the above applies to their child.
Choreography
It
is understood and agreed that all choreographic material taught at
Aerial Angels Academy remains the intellectual property of Aerial
Angels Academy and must not be performed, viewed, or coached by other
parties without Aerial Angels Academy's express written consent.
Collection From Class
Children are to wait for their parents inside the waiting room (not car
park) and are not permitted to wait outside the building or to leave
the building without written permission by a parent to do so.
Collecting the child from the academy if under 18 years:
Your
consent is required for other people to collect the child from the
academy on your behalf. Please list the details of those people who can
collect the child below. In the event that the child is not collected
from the academy and the parents or guardians cannot be contacted, this
list will also be used to arrange someone to collect the child.
Details of people who can collect the child. ( This list may be added to or changed throughout the year.)
Lost Property
Please
ensure all articles of clothing and shoes are labelled as we would like
to be able to return misplaced items. Aerial Angels Academy has a lost
property department and all items will be kept for a 1 month period
only before being donated to charity.
The
academy will not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen property.
Students are requested not to leave any valuables in the studio or
bathrooms.
Business Board
|
Do you have a special skill or trade that could be of use to the dance centre? If so, what? |
|
Aerial Angels would love to give back to those who support us.
Please feel free to put your business cards or fliers on our Business
Board. Academy staff reserve the right to remove if deemed
inappropriate.
Class Viewing
After
much consideration, we have decided classes will be closed to
onlookers. This is due to limited parking & because children find
it very hard to concentrate and perform with parents watching. Open
classes will be held during the final week of term so you can see your
child's progress. Teachers, office staff & directors will also be
available at all times to address any queries or concerns you may have.
Please show respect to other tenants of the building and members of the public and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
Punctuality
Parents
and students are reminded they must be punctual to class to ensure
students do not miss out on the warm up, which is necessary to avoid
injury whilst dancing/training. Parents are also requested to pick up
their children promptly at the end of class.
